Future Worlds Medicine Official London Launch
Future Worlds is a unique and vibrant enterprise network at the University of Southampton; a place where aspiring entrepreneurs and creative business ideas are nurtured through an ecosystem of mentors, investors, collaborators and events.
Our latest initiative, Future Worlds Medicine, is an exciting new MRC-funded enterprise to help University innovators impact healthcare and pharmaceutical markets through inspiring events, support and a global network of mentors. As an integral part of the University of Southampton’s Future Worlds incubator, we will develop new medical innovations and discoveries into commercial opportunities and industry collaborations.
We’re excited to announce that our Future Worlds Medicine launch event will be held on Tuesday 10th October at the Future Cities Catapult Urban Innovation Centre, a collaborative hub for organisations working in urban development and smart cities.
This is a great opportunity to find out about Future Worlds Medicine, hear from our mentors and discover our latest medical start-ups and spinouts.
We’re excited to reveal that our guest speakers will be Elaine Evans, Innovation Lead, Medicine and Healthcare at Innovate UK and Louise Jones, Head of Translational research at MRC.
So come along, meet us, and experience how Future Worlds medicine is already inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs.
