Seminar for prospective Enterprise Capital Fund Managers, Manchester
On Wednesday 8 May 2019 the British Business Bank will be hosting a breakfast seminar for prospective Enterprise Capital Fund managers, in central Manchester.
The event, which will run from 08.30 to 11.00, is for prospective fund managers and other interested parties to meet the ECF team and find out more about the programme, including how to apply. Attendees will find out how the British Business Bank selects and works with the teams it invests in and hear from an existing fund manager who will give an overview of the process.
To register your interest, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday 29 April.
The Enterprise Capital Fund (ECF) Programme exists to promote the development of commercially focused venture capital funds to address the ‘equity gap’ in funding for high growth SMEs. ECFs are managed by fund managers from a variety of backgrounds – including teams from the venture capital industry as well as serial entrepreneurs with a history of success in building early stage UK companies. This is a rolling investment programme from which we anticipate making between two to five new investments per year, hence we are actively looking for management teams to run ECFs. Further details can be found here.
Please note: seminar places are limited and application does not guarantee a place. Please ensure you have received a confirmation before attending.
