On Thursday 10 October, Angels Den held a launch party for their new angel investing and crowdfunding platform at the iconic Heron Tower.

With over 6,000 investors, Angels Den has already been successfully matching entrepreneurs and angel investors for the past six years. Through the newly integrated platform, investors will now have 6 ways to invest, all in one place:

Crowdfunding:

· Online Equity Investment

· Online Loans

· Donations and Rewards

Angel Investing:

· Angel SpeedFunding Events

· Angel Club Events

· Angel Private Viewings

There were some familiar faces at the launch party including BBC Apprentice’s Luisa Zissman, who pitched and secured funding through Angels Den on the night of the BBC Final, and ex-Dragon Rachel Elnaugh, one of the first 7 crowdfunding pitches with her new company SourceTV.

The event saw the climax of the ‘Dragon vs Apprentice’ debate which had been running at www.angelsden.com/ADdebate with contributions from Luisa and Rachel.

Angels Den have been leading the way in making investment truly accessible to great businesses, with crowdfunding a natural evolution of the Angels Den success story. The new integrated platform now widens the door to a broader range of business ideas, making investing easier than ever, and shifting crowdfunding up a gear. Not only are all business pitches pre-vetted by the experienced team, but ‘The Crowd’ can now invest with the same protection and rights as an angel investor.

Angelsden.com funds everyone from Apprentices to Dragons.
