Drawing on his lengthy career as an entrepreneur, and previous experience in corporate finance and the law and more recently as a well-respected investor, Piers can add huge value to the high growth potential scaleups we work with to secure funding for. In addition, Piers takes on the role of ScaleUp Entrepreneur-in-Residence at The ScaleUp Accelerator which we operate with The Accelerator Network. Drawing on his experience of building a number of leading UK tech scaleups through to successful multi-million pound exits, his unique viewpoint and credibility and network will be of huge benefit to our clients.”
Piers Linney commented: “I am hugely excited to have joined White Horse Capital as a Venture Partner to support their continued work with growing businesses. I am impressed by the achievements and ambition of the White Horse Capital team, whom I have known for many years, building their position as a leading advisor to high growth technology and digitally enabled businesses across a range of potentially high return investment transactions. Access to finance is key to growth and success and I am looking forward to working with the team to build on their success to connect more technology entrepreneurs looking to raise Series A rounds of funding with the growing list of investors that recognise UK talent and the potential of our high-growth businesses”.
