SFC leads £353k funding round for GitLive
SFC Capital has led a pre-seed funding round for GitLive, a messaging and collaboration tool for developers.
The round raised £353,000 and the investment was made through a combination of SFC Capital’s SEIS fund, its regional fund, and individual members of its business angel community.
GitLive is designed to enable remote and non-remote workers to collaborate and communicate in real time. The latest investment means that GitLive will be able to launch their full commercial version of the platform this autumn.
The software launches with a plugin for small to medium sized businesses. The company’s longer-term plans include an enterprise cloud offering.
